I was awarded best Pastry Chef of the Caribbean 2009 at the Taste of the Caribbean Competitions. I am also an ESL Teacher at a Vocational School in Puerto Rico. It would be an honor to participate in Sweet G. It would be a great oportunity for to continue inspiring my Culinary Arts student as well as the whole school community.
